Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order and the city to which it will be delivered. You will have the opportunity to review your shipping costs before you submit your order.
Most of our in-stock items will ship 2 to 3 business days after you place your order, but at times some may take longer. Out of stock items may take up to two weeks before shipment. Most items require a minimum of 10 yards/pairs/pieces and there is a $25 minimum order.
Please keep in mind that when you choose expedited shipping options, this affects transit time only. It will not affect our normal order processing times.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders will be shipped UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified.
UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any commercial address in the contiguous 48 states. Delivery dates on shipments to residential addresses are
NOT guaranteed. Most orders typically take 2-3 days to process (execept Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), but at times, some items may take longer. Quoted delivery times are stated in business days and are in addition to order processing times. Although we make every effort to have orders shipped in a timely fashion, Touch of Lace cannot guarantee any delivery or shipment dates. Please e-mail us to find out if the style you are interested is currently in stock.
Returns
If Touch of Lace is notified within 5 days of receiving your merchandise, refunds will be gladly given on items that are unworn, uncut, undamaged, and unsoiled only. Items may not be exchanged or returned for any reason if Touch of Lace is not notified within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returned items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, uncut and in the same condition it was received. Touch of Lace reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if an item is not returned in the original packaging.
Should the item received be incorrect, or damaged in any way, simply email us at info@touchoflace.com. We will issue a Return Authorization number and will replace the damaged/incorrect item at no charge.
Please include a description of the reason for your return. Refunds or exchanges will not be given without a Return Authorization number or if the merchandise has been used or soiled. Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and there will be a minimum of $10.00 in shipping and handling charges for the item to be returned to the customer. You must request a Return Authorization number no later than 5 days after your merchandise is received.
Touch of Lace will reimburse ground or parcel post charges on merchandise returned within 10 days that was shipped to you in error or defective upon arrival. We can not accept any parcels freight collect or COD. We reserve the right not to reimburse handling fees, packing fees, and shipping fees of retail outlets above published shipping rates. Shipping fees on returns are not refunded. Shipping and handling will be charged for exchanges.
Any credit card purchases on merchandise returned that qualifies for a refund will entitle the purchaser to a credit issue to the same card account that was charged in the original purchase.
