What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order and the city to which it will be delivered. You will have the opportunity to review your shipping costs before you submit your order.

What is the estimated time for delivery?
Most of our in-stock lace will ship 2 to 3 business days after you place your order, but at times some may take longer. Items that are out of stock may take up to two weeks before shipment.

Although we make every effort to have orders shipped in a timely fashion, Touch of Lace cannot guarantee any delivery or shipment dates.

Although we offer expedited shipping options, please be aware that this affects transit time only. It will not affect our normal order processing times.

What do I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us or call us at (800) 742-7506 right away. We will arrange to exchange the damaged or incorrect item at no charge to you.

What is your return policy?
If Touch of Lace is notified within 5 days of receiving your merchandise, refunds will be gladly given on items that are unworn, uncut, undamaged, and unsoiled only. Items may not be exchanged or returned for any reason if Touch of Lace is not notified within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returned items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, uncut and in the same condition it was received. Touch of Lace reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if an item is not returned in the original packaging.

Should the item received be incorrect, or damaged in any way, simply email us at info@touchoflace.com. We will issue a Return Authorization number and will replace the damaged/incorrect item at no charge.

Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to New Jersey will have 7% sales tax added to applicable items.

Do you have a catalog?
Since we are constantly updating our product line, we cannot offer a catalog.
